Your appointment time is reserved just for you. 

A late cancellation or missed appointment visit leaves a hole in your service providers day that could have been filled by another client.

 With that said I require a card on hold when you schedule a service through my online booking site. If you need to reschedule please do so no less than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment to avoid forfeiture of $25 on your card.

 This also allows me time to inform clients on my wait list of any availability.
